Wayne Andrews, the owner, has been in the construction industry since 1967. We built our first log home in 1972. We operated as Andrews Construction until we built our model log home and marketed the log homes as Riverside Log Homes. Today, our legal business name is W. Andrews Construction L.L.C. dba Riverside Log Homes.

Our name has changed, but the way we do business hasn’t. We custom design and build each home to the customer’s needs and desires. We offer a quality product at a fair price with never any pressure. Our growing list of satisfied customers is our best sales tool. Once you visit our model or see our other homes and see the craftsmanship and attention to detail we put in each home, you will see why our homes speak for themselves.

Riverside Log Homes serves Alleghany, Ashe, Wilkes, Surry counties in N.C. and Grayson and Carroll counties in Virginia. Our building area is 30 - 35 mile radius of Sparta, N.C.

Riverside Log Homes sells log homes 3 ways:

1. Package - We supply the material and you build.

2. Dry-In Construction - We build the exterior including porches and decks and you finish the interior the way you want it.

3. Turn-Key Construction - We build and finish the entire house - ready to move in.

We can build the foundation or basement. These options do not include the cost of grading, well, or septic system. However, we will be glad to assist you with any of these.
